We are looking to hire a research data analyst to update and maintain information on company databases. The research data analyst's responsibilities include collecting and entering data in the CRM system and maintaining accurate records of valuable candidate/client information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Ultimately, a successful Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and useable information in our systems.
You will be based in Hyderabad, India. As a member of our global team, you will have the benefit of working in an international and truly collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Insert candidate/client data by inputting text-based and numerical information in an orderly manner
2. Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
4. Research and obtain further information for the incomplete candidate/client details
5. Generate reports using the CRM system
6. Keep information confidential
7. Respond to queries by SpenglerFox consultants for information relevant details
8. Comply with data integrity and security policies
