We continuously develop smart and sustainable fresh food in multiple cuisines. We are building and expanding to multi cities in India.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ideate and execute the development of new food brands
2. Work on trialing and developing hundreds of products
3. Analyze and optimize existing food brands to their fullest potential
4. Record new recipes, correct existing recipes, and set process to implement
5. Work on forming SOPs and following-up on adherence to SOPs
6. Work on organizing SOP videos and documents for the outlet level and central kitchen level
7. Work closely with the MIS team to upload and correct recipes on the backend
8. Work on sampling and testing food on a day-to-day basis
9. Assist in regular quality assurance and checks

Other requirements

1. Must have a degree in hotel management or diploma in culinary arts

2. Good communication skills

3. Strong technical and theoretical culinary knowledge

4. Proficiency in MS office

Additional Information

We are looking for creative and energetic individuals to develop, ideate, and support in creating new and sustainable food brands. You will be closely working on building the research and development team. Apply technical and theoretical culinary knowledge focusing mainly on menu strategy (new menu direction development, current menu analysis). This team is paranoid about its consumers and is constantly researching to understand industry and market trends apart from the new menu development strategy. They will also have a hawk’s eye on the competition and how other brands are innovating and solving for their consumers.
