We are looking for creative and energetic individuals to develop, ideate, and support in creating new and sustainable food brands. You will be closely working on building the research and development team. Apply technical and theoretical culinary knowledge focusing mainly on menu strategy (new menu direction development, current menu analysis). This team is paranoid about its consumers and is constantly researching to understand industry and market trends apart from the new menu development strategy. They will also have a hawk’s eye on the competition and how other brands are innovating and solving for their consumers.
