1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in science or any engineering field
2. Prior coding knowledge/experience - either through professional work experience or through teaching coding
3. Deep knowledge of programming concepts like algorithms, loops, etc. and programming languages like C, C++, Javascript, Python, HTML, and CSS
4. Understanding of coding platforms like code.org, scratch, thunkable, P5, etc.
5. Tech-savvy and passionate about teaching
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
