About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms from potential guests interested in booking our villas.
2. Provide detailed information about our villa offerings, amenities, and services to prospective guests.
3. Utilize strong persuasive skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
4. Negotiate terms, rates, and special packages to maximize revenue while meeting guests' needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences in our reservation system.
6. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth check-in and pre-arrival commitments and arrangements.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and guest feedback to optimize sales strategies.
8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Assist in developing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to attract more bookings.
10. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during guests' stays.
