Responsible for driving sales and launching new SIS formats of Soulflower in retail chains like Shoppers Stop, Reliance, Lifestyle, Central, and HomeStop all over India.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be on the field and you will be required to visit multiple retail chains across India.
2. Responsible for a team of CCAs to achieve sales targets across region (city/state).
3. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to the reporting manager.
4. Enhance operational efficiency in all front-end operations across India.
5. Following sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
6. Planning and executing in-store activations.
7. Hiring of sales staff.
8. Engaging with modern retail formats to drive aroma sales for retail formats and drive in-house gifting.
9. Engage relations with department managers and area control of customer chains at the modern retail formats.
10. Gather market intelligence from the field and act on it.
11. Track Competitor activities to forge future actions/strategies.
