About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts, and selling appropriate products to address their pain-points
2. Upsell products and services to existing customers
3. Handle inbound/outbound Sales and Support conversations through phone/chat/email/WhatsApp
4. Provide product and service information to customers
5. Solve customer queries with a focus on proving exemplary customer service as per our Customer First policy
6. Collect feedback from customers on our products, and convey relevant points to the product team to continuously improve on product/service offerings
