NatWest Group is looking for a talented RPA Developer intern with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UiPath to join our team and help drive innovation in our processes. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design RPA solutions
2. Develop, test, and implement UiPath robots to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
3. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of RPA robots to ensure optimal performance
4. Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and processes
5. Assist in identifying and prioritizing new opportunities for automation within the organization
6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology to continuously improve processes
7. Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
8. Possess excellent developer knowledge on UiPath RPA automation tool.
9. Designing business processes for automation
10. Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
11. Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
