SAAS Sales Development Representative (SDR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify potential SaaS customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
2. Cold outreach: Engage with leads via email, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls to initiate conversations.
3. Qualify leads: Understand customer pain points and assess their fit for our SaaS solutions.
4. Schedule meetings & demos: Set up calls for senior sales representatives with potential clients.
5. CRM management: Maintain and update lead details, interactions, and progress in the CRM.
6. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
7. Market & competitor research: Stay updated on SaaS industry trends and competitor offerings.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
9. Reporting & insights: Track key sales metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
