About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to assigned customers and explain the benefits of our tech product
2. Understand customer needs and demonstrate how our platform can help with their logistics challenges
3. Conduct virtual or in-person sales presentations to showcase platform features and advantages
4. Address potential client questions and concerns
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
6. Provide tailored solutions to successfully onboard manufacturers and suppliers
7. Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring seamless onboarding and platform integration
8. Offer ongoing support to onboarded manufacturers, assisting with platform navigation and issue resolution
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
10. Refine sales strategies based on market research insights
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress
12. Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales performance and customer feedback

Other requirements

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively

3. Sales Aptitude: Passion for sales with a basic understanding of sales principles and techniques; previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

5. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn; ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms; familiarity with CRM software is a plus

7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

8. Location: Based out of Bangalore
