Sales And Logistics Intern Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales support:
- Assist in managing the online store, including updating product listings and descriptions.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

2. Post-sales support:
- Handle customer service issues, including returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.

3. Logistics and supply chain:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Organize and oversee the shipment of finished products to customers.
- Track and document the movement of goods throughout the supply chain.
