As a sales and retail intern at Divine Solitaires, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client interaction, and client relationship management. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to learn about the luxury diamond industry and help drive sales growth for our brand.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Engage with customers in-person and over the phone to provide product information and guidance
3. Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products and special offers to drive customer interest
4. Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
5. Participate in client meetings and presentations to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty
6. Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers both online and in-store
7. Assist in managing inventory levels and organizing merchandise displays to maximize sales opportunities
