Sales Associate (Engineering Background) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meet clients, understand their needs and hand-hold them through the process of purchase and set-up of Swachh
2. Handle end-to-end client servicing and business development all over India and abroad
3. Structure deals and develop strong client relationships and increase revenue
4. Support the client with their future requirements like raw materials sourcing, connecting with potential distributors by coordinating with internal teams
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
6. Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
7. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store s design)
