a. Sales Proposition and Brand Promotion:
1. Assist in formulating sales propositions, project briefs, and FAQs.
2. Establish, promote, and maintain the company s brand to generate business.
3. Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate the brand message.
b. Channel Partner Coordination:
1. Expand the channel partner base.
2. Regularly coordinate with channel partners for sales.
3. Train channel partner members for each project.
4. Share project-specific updates with channel partners.
c. Performance Monitoring:
1. Review leading status, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status.
2. Validate booking entries made by senior associates and hand over forms and checks to the post-sales team.
d. Collaboration and Communication:
1. Execute marketing strategies in collaboration with other members of the real estate team.
2. Communicate effectively in English.
