About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching and identifying potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research, social media, and databases
2. Initiating contact with leads through email, phone calls, or social media messaging to introduce the company's products or services
3. Qualifying leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority to determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings
4. Scheduling meetings or appointments for the sales team with qualified leads who have expressed genuine interest
5. Continuously nurturing and following up with leads who may not be ready to convert immediately but have shown potential interest
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM (customer relationship management) system
7. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better target and approach potential leads
8. Providing feedback to the marketing and sales teams about lead quality and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

4. CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and software for lead tracking and management

5. Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while pursuing leads

6. Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification

7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in lead generation strategies and approaches

8. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals

9. Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding lead generation targets

10. Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of the companys products or services to effectively communicate their value
