Sales Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Front Desk Support:
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to the summer camp program.
Provide information to prospective parents and students about camp schedules and curriculum.
Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for students.

2. Telephonic Sales and Customer Service:
Assist in reaching out to prospective inquiries, guiding them through the registration process and explaining camp offerings.
Provide administrative support related to registration tasks.

3. Class Scheduling:
Assist in scheduling classes and assigning students to appropriate sessions based on their needs and preferences.

4. Operational Support:
Work closely with the Summer Camp Manager to ensure that classes run on time and are managed efficiently.

5. Coordination with Mentors:
Assist in coordinating with camp mentors and ensuring clear communication regarding class details and student needs.

6. Communication Management:
Ensure effective communication between mentors, students, parents, and the Summer Camp Manager.
