Sales Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of iTour's products, services & offerings.
2. Identifying and profiling the leads through various Social Media Channels, Networking & Referrals.
3. Contact potential clients to present iTour's travel packages and services, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
4. Understand client needs and preferences, and customise travel solutions accordingly.
5. Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
6. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and generate leads.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
9. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
10. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for clients.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer information in the system.
