1. Education: Graduate/Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience: Previous experience in education counseling, international admissions, or related fields is preferred.
3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of education systems and admissions processes for foreign universities.
4. Communication skills: Excellent English communication skills, along with proficiency in other relevant languages.
5. Empathy: Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in student counseling.
6. Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
7. Team collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and partner institutions.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per sale).
