About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convert inbound leads into paying customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
2. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for custom sports apparel and equipment.
3. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification, proposal, and design coordination to final delivery and follow-ups.
4. Engage with cricket leagues, academies, teams, and individual players to drive sales.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate referrals for new business.
6. Track leads and sales activities using the company's CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions.
7. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building.
8. If required, generate new leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods.
