About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, social media, and industry events
2. Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points
3. CRM management: Document all interactions with leads and prospects in the customer in Excel or a relationship management (CRM) system, and keep records accurate and up to date to provide valuable insights to the sales team
4. Collaboration with tech team: Guide the tech team to deliver prototypes for the client project as well as to create solution diagrams as per the use cases
5. Metrics and reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution
