The intern will be working with our studio rentals department.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Assessing the suitability of leads based on their needs, budget, authority, and timeline
3. Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate studio spaces to meet those needs.
4. Negotiating terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with prospective customers.
5. Bringing deals to a successful close by obtaining signed contracts or purchase orders.
6. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Aug'24 and 10th Sep'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of sales).
