As an operations Intern at a study abroad consultancy, you'll immerse yourself in a vibrant and swiftly evolving setting, refining your abilities in communication, English proficiency (both verbal and written), MS-Excel, negotiation, critical thinking, client engagement, and CRM.
This role presents an exhilarating chance for individuals dedicated to aiding students in realizing their aspirations of studying overseas.
You must be willing to learn and must be passionate about sales, you will be paid a heavy commission for every sale you see through.
1. Calling new leads to understand what the student wants and guiding students on academic opportunities abroad
2. Collecting the documents of the student and assisting in developing personalized study plans for students
3. Communicating effectively with students and parents
4. Daily following up on the candidates and utilizing Google Sheets to organize and track student progress
5. Assisting the student with tests like GRE/IELTS etc.
6. Solving problems and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner
7. Participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of study abroad consultancy

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per lead converted).
