1. Liaising with internal team & external stakeholders
2. Working on lead generation via cold calling, social networks, and other mediums to identify sales opportunities on all fronts
3. Engaging in specialized campaigns/mailings/social media promotions to partners and customers or stakeholders
4. Managing social media for regular updates for Holidays, events and product launches, etc.
5. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
7. Working on CRM updates, creating and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity
8. Working on database maintenance and develop customer quotations as required
9. Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, supporting pre-sales activities, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
10. Assisting with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions, and stock information.
