About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on prospecting
2. Helping the sales team improve productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
3. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
4. Answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
5. Managing and recording all sales inquiries and ensuring prompt replies
6. Working on the preparation of daily reports and data analysis of all inquiries

Skills:

1. Female candidates preferred
2. Should have good verbal and written communication skills
3. Should have strong team coordination skills
