Role Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in prospecting for new clients, understanding their HR needs, and promoting our innovative solutions. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about learning, building strong relationships, and contributing to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of HR solutions (minimum 20 companies per week).
2. Generate leads through phone calls, email outreach, and attending industry events.
3. Qualify leads by understanding their HR challenges and pain points.
4. Conduct in-depth research on target companies' HR systems and processes.
5. Prepare presentations and proposals to effectively showcase the value of our HR solutions.
6. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address them.
7. Assist senior sales representatives with administrative tasks and presentations.
8. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote our HR solutions.
9. Participate in sales training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
