About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the customer's organizational culture and their work procedures
2. Take an enterprise approach in understanding the client and developing solutions
3. Business Development - Engagement with top interior designers and Architects, Project Management Consultants, Corporates. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process
3. Maintain contact with client personnel to identify future projects and enhance overall client relations to assure opportunities to secure work
4. Preparation of proposals, bids, sales product quotations and business presentations
5. Mockup and creating Brand experience for Prospects
6. Mapping of new market segments
7. Database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation
8. Strong technical & commercial knowledge on own products
9. Gather key information about potential projects, understanding the design requirements and translating the same into an aesthetically and functionally smart design solution
10. Study and apply knowledge of the company's products to create visually rich and informative presentations for prospective clients
11. Record, Review and Report all work on a bi-weekly/weekly basis
12. Proactively learn the diversified solutions offered by the company
13. Actively participate in client meetings & meetings with architects, interior designers & other key stakeholders from time to time
14. Handle the walk-in clients

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad

Other requirements

1. Strong communication skills and excellent graphic presentation skills. Should be hands on with the use of google spreadsheets & slides

2. A go getter, he/she must be able to work independently, on multiple projects at the same time under a challenging environment

3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills

4. Expert interpersonal skills with consultative sales activities

5. Self-motivated, self-directed and willing to accept responsibility for results. Shows a good understanding of issues relevant to our overall organization and business and keeps that knowledge current

6. Knowledge of the processes/key concerns common to all businesses

7. Sets high goals and standards for self and others in the organization

8. Self-starter, committed to excellence, accuracy in work and attention to detail

9. Proficient in Office applications/tools
