About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales follow-up: Assist in diligently following up with leads and clients to ensure timely responses and sustained engagement throughout the sales process. Maintain and manage detailed follow-up schedules to prevent any leads from being overlooked and ensure consistent communication.
2. Sales support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by preparing and refining proposals, creating impactful presentations, and developing effective sales materials. Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and aligns with the team's strategic objectives.
3. Client interaction: Actively engage with clients through various communication channels email, phone, or in-person to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions. Foster strong client relationships by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
4. Administrative tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records. Assist with organizing and managing sales related events and activities.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Business Head and sales team to gain a deep understanding of sales strategies, objectives, and priorities. Contribute to the execution of these strategies by aligning your efforts with the overall sales goals and supporting team initiatives.
6. Reporting and analysis: Maintain precise records of all sales activities, opportunities, and revenue forecasts within CRM software to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Generate regular performance reports and analyze key sales metrics to monitor progress, assess performance against targets, and identify areas for strategic improvement.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

6. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in sales and business development

7. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to group projects and initiatives.

8. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
