About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
2. Utilize various tools and resources to gather contact information and build a lead database.
3. Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
4. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
6. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential clients.
8. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
9. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and successful closures.
10. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
12. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.
13. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system.
14. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline status.
15. 15) Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
