About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential customers and generate leads by visiting corporate offices, making cold calls, sending emails, utilizing social media, or attending networking events.
2. Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
3. Provide information on travel packages, destinations, and services to clients.
4. Actively seek new business opportunities by reaching out to corporate clients or groups.
5. Understand customer requirements and preferences, such as budget, destination, and travel dates.
6. Suggest and tailor travel packages and itineraries to meet customer needs.
7. Offer personalized travel experiences and upsell add-ons like upgrades, travel insurance, visas, and excursions.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
9. Strive to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
10. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
11. Work closely with the team to enhance sales strategies and customer service.
