About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with the warm leads over phone to understand their requirement and do lead validation
2. Pass on the valid leads to Sales executives
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
4. Be flexible, action-oriented, and results-oriented with strong data analytics skills
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and appointments in our CRM software
6. Be open to new initiatives and suggestions for improvement
