Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create plans to address clients business needs
2. Advise clients on creating profitable processes
3. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
4. Help the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
5. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
6. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers needs
8. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
