About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic client acquisition intern to join our sales and business development team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, market research, and sales strategy implementation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and a keen interest in business development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends.
2. Generate leads through online research, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. Assist in client outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce products/services and schedule meetings.
4. Support sales efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and essential client documents.
5. Maintain and update the client database with accurate and relevant information.
6. Track and report on client acquisition progress, providing insights for improvement.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies and campaigns.
8. Perform administrative tasks to support the client acquisition team as required.
