About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with property listings by writing property descriptions, uploading photos, and updating listings on various platforms.
2. Conduct market research by analyzing market trends and preparing reports on property values, rental rates, and other key metrics.
3. Support marketing efforts by helping create promotional materials, social media posts, and email campaigns.
4. Assist with property viewings by scheduling and conducting property tours under the supervision of a licensed agent.

2. Understand the organizational structure and key departments (sales, leasing, property management, marketing, etc.).
3. Receive basic training on real estate principles, market analysis, and property valuation.
4. Get introduced to the software tools used (CRM, MLS, property management software, etc.).
5. Learn about real estate laws, regulations, and ethical practices.
6. Shadow senior agents and team members during meetings, property visits, and client interactions.
