Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel potential students about our courses and programs.
2. Provide guidance and counseling to students visiting the institute.
3. Address and resolve queries from in-house students regarding course details, schedules, and other concerns.
4. Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert leads into enrollments.
5. Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up systematically.
6. Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media promotions, and offline marketing strategies.
7. Assist in organizing promotional events and outreach activities.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for students and their parents.
9. Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
