About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Driving volume and value targets in the assigned area/geography.
2. Achieving volume and value sales targets for the area/geography.
3. Operating trade schemes in retail as per approval.
4. Identifying and targeting new dealers (based on new and existing dealer communication).
5. Executing marketing and growth initiatives among good, average, and poor dealers based on stock, resources, and customer footfall.
6. Ensuring color bank availability and functioning across the retail market.
7. Successfully placing new products at all dealer points and providing new product detailing and demos.
8. Conducting merchandising activities (poster/in-shop branding/product visibility, display boards placed) for desired products.
9. Managing painter engagement.
10. Managing dealers.
11. Being aware of upcoming opportunities for dealers and how to tap them effectively.
12. Gathering channel market intelligence and competition information from the market.
13. Effectively handling complaints.
14. Planning monthly targets for dealers and painters, including competition painter mapping.
15. Controlling ODOS (out-of-stock situations).

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Aug'24 and 30th Sep'24

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Agra, Aligarh, Bareilly, Ghaziabad, Jhansi, Lucknow, Meerut, Moradabad, Sitapur, Haldwani, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Allahabad, Kanpur Dehat, Gorakhpur and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. A postgraduate degree in business administration, commerce, / science.

2. B.Tech in chemical, civil, & mechanical.
