Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cold Calling & Emailing: Reach out to prospects to introduce services and schedule appointments.
2. Client Communication: Assist with responding to inquiries, setting up viewings, and follow-ups with leads.
3. Property Research: Collect and update property details (price, location, amenities) for listings.
4. Administrative Tasks: Help with document preparation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining records.
5. Sales Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced sales agents to understand the sales process.
6. Competitor & Market Analysis: Monitor competitor listings and gather market data to support sales strategies.
7. Client Follow-Up: Build relationships by checking in with leads and existing clients.
8. Property Tours: Assist during property viewings, organize materials, and help with virtual tours.
