We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are new to the retail industry or recent graduates. As a retail sales associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by providing product information, assisting with purchases, and maintaining an organized store environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Greeting customers warmly and assisting with their shopping needs
2. Providing detailed product information and making recommendations based on customer preferences
3. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
4. Handling returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies
5. Ensuring that all sales records are maintained accurately
6. Restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing and properly organized
7. Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to the management team
8. Staying informed about new products, promotions, and store events
