About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Pick the leads from the B2B portal and call them to understand their product specifications and requirements
2. Make 20 30 connected calls per day
3. Note the product requirements
4. Pass it on to the field sales agents if it matches our manufacturing process
5. Manage CRM: The sales agents will meet the client and take the orders and you will record the orders in the CRM
6. Generate Invoice: The product will be manufactured in the factory and once it is ready, you will create the invoice
7. Follow up with the clients on the due date for the payment
8. Make feedback calls after delivery of the products

Notes:

1. The shift time is 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
2. The working days are 6 days with a Sunday off.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 31st May'24 and 5th Jul'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements

1. A soft-spoken female candidate with a go-getter attitude who loves talking over the phone.

2. Possess strong analytical skills to interpret the clients requirements.

3. Good at verbal communication in Hindi.

4. Prior experience of 6 months to 2 years.

5. Preferably, a candidate with any graduate or PG degree.
