Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1)Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products or services.
2)Engage with customers professionally and persuasively to promote interest in our offerings.
3)Identify and understand customer needs and tailor service presentations accordingly.
4)Follow up with customers interested in our offerings and provide additional information or resolve queries.
5)Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and update the customer database.
6)Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings with potential customers.
7)Continuously update knowledge about our services and industry trends.
8)Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
9)Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
10)Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company over the phone.
