About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: S

1. Sales Support
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers for Alibaba.com's services.
Support in building and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication.
Help execute sales strategies to onboard businesses to Alibaba.com.

2. Lead Generation:
Research potential clients in various industries and build a robust database.
Use digital platforms like LinkedIn and other tools to generate quality leads.

3. Marketing Activities:
Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns to promote Alibaba.com services.
Help manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.

4. Customer Engagement:
Respond to client inquiries and provide information on Alibaba.com's offerings.
Actively participate in customer meetings and demonstrations when needed.

5. Market Analysis:
Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Provide actionable insights to the team to improve sales and marketing efforts.

Other requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and sales techniques.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, CRM software, or marketing tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
