About the internship
As a sales intern at Swayourway Tours & Travels, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can showcase your skills in advanced Excel, sales, market research, and more. Your role will involve creating enticing holiday package designs, analyzing sales data using MS Excel, and conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships through effective communication and client interactions. Your proficiency in English and Hindi, along with your ability to create impactful presentations using MS Office tools, will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop attractive holiday packages to drive sales and attract new customers
2. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the travel industry
4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
6. Create engaging presentations using MS PowerPoint to showcase holiday packages and promotions
7. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques to meet targets
8. Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using our CRM

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
