Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling incoming calls from people for inquiries, customers, and potential leads
2. Effectively managing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues promptly
3. Generating leads through effective communication at times and proactive engagement with callers
4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers
5. Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience
6. Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries and leads


Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a voice process role or similar customer-facing position is preferred
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate information and solutions
7. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
