About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation and outreach: Identifying and researching potential leads through various online platforms
2. Reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce our products/services
3. Sales assistance: Assisting the sales team in converting leads into customers
4. Following up with leads to ensure engagement and answering their queries
5. Customer support and relationship management: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via call, email, or chat
6. Maintaining strong customer relationships by providing timely assistance
7. Data management and reporting: Maintaining records of leads, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM or spreadsheets
8. Generating reports on sales and support activities for management review
9. Market research and competitor analysis: Researching competitors and market trends to suggest improvements in sales strategies
10. General support and coordination: Assisting in sales campaigns, webinars, and marketing activities
11. Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi

3. Confidence in handling customer interactions via calls, emails, and messages

4. Interest in sales, customer support, and client relationship management

5. Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers

6. Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms (WhatsApp, email, etc.)

7. Good documentation and reporting skills

8. Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions effectively

9. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

10. Prior experience in Tele-calling, sales, or customer support

11. Knowledge of finance, accounting
