As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of ISF - to reimagine the startup revolution by empowering entrepreneurs and fostering a robust startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for promoting ISF's initiatives, driving participation, and contributing to the growth of the festival. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with innovative minds, engage with entrepreneurs, and contribute to the development of a thriving startup community.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns to promote ISF's
mission and initiatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and promotional collateral.
3. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and barriers to participation, converting potential hurdles into opportunities.
4. Good communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
