About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the onboarding process for new restaurant partners, ensuring they understand and meet the requirements of our sub-brand
2. Working closely with the restaurant onboarding manager to ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are completed
3. Conducting initial assessments and providing feedback to restaurants regarding their readiness to join the Indian Food Box network
4. Supporting restaurants in setting up their kitchen operations to align with our brand standards
5. Providing training and resources to restaurant staff on menu preparation, packaging, and delivery protocols
6. Assisting in monitoring the initial performance of newly onboarded restaurants and providing ongoing support to address any challenges
7. Collecting and analyzing data to help improve the onboarding process and enhance the experience for future partners
8. Maintaining accurate records of all onboarding activities and communications

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field

2. Strong interest in the food and restaurant industry, with a passion for Indian cuisine

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7. Flexibility to travel to different restaurant locations as needed

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 per sale).
