This role is essentially "sales" at Early Steps Academy. The sales process here is slightly different, as we have zero cold calling. All the parents and children we touch are those who are interested in joining the program. By the time you get to speak to them, they have already attended one class, seen all the details about the program and your job is to just consult on any outstanding queries about the learning product. Given the global reach of Early Steps Academy, this role involves international exposure and therefore, any previous exposure to a global audience will be a plus! In this role you would be working closely with the core team and the founder to do as it takes to move the company forward.
1. Engage and build relationships with potential clients through effective communication skills, both in-person and through various communication channels
2. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques to achieve and surpass sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
3. Implement effective negotiation strategies to close deals and secure new business opportunities
4. Actively identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions and demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes, from initial contact to after-sales support
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software
7. Demonstrate fluency in spoken English, conveying information clearly and confidently to both local and international clients
Please note that all roles involve working 6 days a week. As you will be working closely with senior management, the roles will involve quick feedback, very personal mentorship, and an opportunity to transform your personal and professional trajectory, provided you are open to learning.
