About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Exhibit RE behavior code guidelines, exhibit deep understanding on auto industry especially 2-wheeler segment and of history of Royal Enfield & its product range
2. Receive all walk in queries in the store
3. Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable and is offered appropriate refreshments
4. Conduct need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstration and test drives to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy an RE
5. Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the portfolio
6. Facilitating test rides in store and at home/office
7. Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and other in use elements
8. Check for finance requirements, cross-selling opportunities for gears and accessories from the customer
9. Guide the customer through the complete decision-making process all the way from inquiry to the booking
10. Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has an RE brand experience through the sales process, right from the first contact to booking

  1. can preferably start the internship between 12th Oct'17 and 11th Nov'17
  2. are preferably available for duration of 3 months
  3. have relevant skills and interests
  4. have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
