About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Manage hotel and resort bookings via phone and email
2. Confirm reservations, send email confirmations, and coordinate with front desk staff for smooth check-ins
3. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless reservation experience
4. Manage inventory and update room availability in real time across various platforms
5. Implement online promotions, special offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to maximize occupancy
6. Monitor and optimize booking channels to attract more guests
7. Interact with guests, respond to inquiries, and address booking-related concerns
8. Collaborate with property managers, chefs, and other staff to enhance guest experiences
9. Gain hands-on experience in hotel operations by staying at luxury properties in Alibaug, Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, and more
10. Work towards career growth opportunities, with potential advancement to Operations Head, overseeing multiple properties within ILIF's expanding portfolio of 50+ hotels and resorts
