1. Retail store placement: Securing placements for our snacks in retail stores across Gurugram. Your success in placing products will directly impact your commission earnings.
2. Sales and management: Managing retail shops and designated areas (beats), ensuring that our products are well-positioned and consistently stocked.
3. Training and mentorship: In the latter months of your internship, you will be training and guiding new interns and management interns, preparing them to manage the beats effectively.
Note: Ongoing earnings - For three months after your internship, you will continue to earn passive income from new conversions you secured, alongside the commissions for any new retail onboardings done by the interns you trained.
