As a sales support intern at MiM-Essay, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, supporting them in achieving their goals and exceeding customer expectations. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of sales techniques, proficiency in MS-Excel, and excellent spoken English skills to assist the sales team in various tasks.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations and reports using MS-Excel
2. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, showcasing your English proficiency
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
4. Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining customer databases
5. Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industry trends
6. Assist in organizing sales events and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination
7. Work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
