About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Teacher Training:
a. Develop and conduct training sessions for teachers on using the mini-science lab equipment effectively
b. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers to help them integrate hands-on STEM activities into their curriculum
c. Create instructional guides and resources to aid teachers in delivering science lessons

2. Manual Development:
a. Design and develop comprehensive manuals for the mini science labs, including detailed instructions for experiments and activities
b. Ensure that manuals are easy to understand, engaging, and aligned with educational standards and objectives
c. Update and improve manuals continuously based on feedback from teachers and students

3. Activity Innovation:
a. Create and innovate new science activities and experiments that are both educational and fun for students
b. Ensure activities are designed to spark curiosity and foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts
c. Pilot new activities in classrooms and gather feedback to refine and improve them
